Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use marchencourage.living and the referral service Marchencourage Floor Coating offers through it. If you use the site, call its phone number, or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Marchencourage Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic, and concrete floor coating providers. We do not sell coatings. We do not prepare or coat floors, and we do not fix concrete. We are not part of any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers you are connected with are separate companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance, and conduct. We do not employ, supervise, or control providers. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they work, or what results you get.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written estimate.

For Information Only

The content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges. They vary from job to job and are not quotes. Confirm all details with a qualified provider.

Using the Site Properly

Please give accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt the site or try to reach areas you are not allowed to access.

Calls and Follow-Up

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we refer you to may contact you about your request. That contact may be by phone, text, or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@marchencourage.living.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Marchencourage Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for commercial purposes.

Limits on Liability

To the extent the law allows, Marchencourage Floor Coating is not responsible for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, a provider's products or services, or any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
