Get more homeowner calls

Marchencourage Floor Coating is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers who coat floors. If you run your own epoxy or concrete floor business, you may be a fit.

This is not a job with Marchencourage Floor Coating. There are no staff roles here. You stay your own boss and run your own jobs.

Who fits the network

We look for independent businesses that do work like:

• Epoxy garage floors
• Concrete coating for basements, patios, and shops
• Polyaspartic floor coating
• Custom floor finishes
• Floor installation or repair, such as hardwood flooring installation

You should serve homeowners in Everett, WA or the Everett area.

What we expect

First, be honest. Then be clear. In short:

1. Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires, and be ready to say so to homeowners. 2. Explain slab prep, moisture, and cure times in plain words. 3. Give written quotes with a clear scope. 4. Return homeowner calls and show up when you say you will. 5. Never promise what the job cannot deliver. 6. Let the homeowner decide, with no pressure.

We do not set your prices or run your jobs.

How to apply

Send a short email to contact@marchencourage.living. Include:

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The coatings and floor work you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A few photos of finished work

We will read it and reply if your business looks like a fit for homeowners in the network.
