Homeowners who contact Marchencourage Floor Coating should be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can contact us about:

• How a call or message with Marchencourage Floor Coating went
• How your personal data was used or protected
• Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
• How a provider we referred you to behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties, and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.

Please tell us too. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Marchencourage Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges, or act for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

• The date you reached us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens Next

We will confirm we got your message by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it. That may include talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or a local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help.
